Our conversion to Mortgage Office in the summer of 2007 went very well. Of course with any conversion we did experience a few bumps in the road, all minor. We can't say enough about the staff at MC who always responded quickly to our concerns and corrected problems the same day. Most importantly, all data converted accurately.

We recently experienced a large volume of new loans and hired a temporary person to help input loans into Mortgage Office. Our temp had no experience with mortgage applications or MC. We input one application with him for training, he had a few questions and after that he was on his own. He found the system easy to use and had no problems following the menu.

Our recent conversion from the MC Legacy System to the Web-Based Mortgage Office System went smoother than any loan conversion I have ever gone through. I personally was a bit skeptical about the conversion at first because I have gone through some conversions in the past that did not go as well. Since we have been on the new system we have had a few bumps in the road but the MC staff has been very diligent in fixing those for us and their response time is always extremely fast. The overall feed back from my staff is that they like the ease of the new system compared to MC Office, it is more user friendly, easier to look at, easier to find things, and a much smoother work flow.
